It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ship and return the product to Wrist Aficionado properly. It would be best if you do not re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return items safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipment. Please include all items we shipped to you, If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to Wrist Aficionado.
