Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery of your purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label. After receiving a RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return using the Producer Michael provided shipping label.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the returned product does not pass inspection, Producer Michael may charge up to a 50% fee to cover the reconditioning of the returned product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following categories and brands have a return policy that is different from the standard policy outlined above:
- Pre-Owned Watches: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- No. 9 Bask: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- Berd Vaye: All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- Budri Eyewear: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- Bertigo: All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- Que Shebley: All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery of your purchase.
- Fragrance du Bois: All purchases are final and returns will not be accepted, per Fragrance du Boi’s Return Policy.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $200.00.
- International returns due to imports/duties/customs refusal are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
