Pre-Owned Product Sourcing + Fulfillment
ProducerMichael.com sources it’s pre owned inventory from it’s close partnerships with the following organizations;
  • Wrist Aficionado
  • Luxury Bazaar

All pre-owned inventory listed at ProducerMichael.com is based in the fulfillment centers of these above organizations, and when an order is placed at ProducerMichael.com the order information is automatically sent and shipment begins immediately.

Purchasing from ProducerMichael.com guarantees you the same or better price, service, and speed of which you’d find by shopping these organizations directly, and the Producer Michael team is highly selective when evaluating and choosing pre-owned partners.

Warranty

The product warranty are reflected depending on the supplier of the watch. The supplier is clearly listed on the product page of the watch under the “Add to Cart” button.

Luxury Bazaar

​​Since Luxury Bazaar is not an authorized dealer of any of the watches we sell, the manufacturers will not honor warranties on watches bought through us. However, Luxury Bazaar provides each buyer with an equivalent warranty that mirrors the manufacturers one-to-one.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your watch within 2 years of the date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back to Luxury Bazaar. Luxury Bazaar’s highly qualified, professional watchmakers serve as authorized repair centers for many high-end watch manufacturers and can repair virtually any watch using only genuine parts. However, if the defect is of a particularly serious nature, Luxury Bazaar will have the watch returned to the respective manufacturer for repair, though these manufacturers, unfortunately, take a minimum of 4-8 weeks to repair a watch (or longer, if parts are back-ordered).

Wrist Aficionado

Wrist Aficionado® is independently owned and operated with boutiques located in New York and Miami. All watches are guaranteed 100% genuine with original box and warranty as well as a one-year warranty from Wrist Aficionado.

Returns

The return policy are reflected depending on the supplier of the watch. The supplier is clearly listed on the product page of the watch under the “Add to Cart” button.

Luxury Bazaar

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send it back and we will refund your order. Please note this does not apply to items that are on memo, or special and/or custom orders. If you are planning on returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original box with everything it came with. For any jewelry purchase, tags MUST be attached as they were upon arrival or we cannot accept the return.

The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

All returns must also have a Return Authorization (RA) number. As such, to get an RA number, you'll need to get in touch with us prior to shipping it back. This number must be displayed on the outside of your box and will expedite the process. Any returns without an RA number will be returned to the sender.

Returns will be credited in full minus the price of the original shipping costs and the costs associated with insuring your purchase.

Credit will be issued in the same form that your payment was made. We cannot refund you cash for a purchase you made with a credit card.

Upon return request Luxury Bazaar will provide a return shipping label.

Once you have received a return label, the item must be shipped to us so that we receive it with 7 days. In addition to the above, the following must be taken into account depending on what you purchased from us and want to return.

Watches

Watches must be returned in the original condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut. Please note that some watches are on memo and do not carry a return policy. Also, note that special and/or custom orders do not carry any return policy.

Wrist Aficionado

The buyer may return the timepiece within 7 days as long as it has not been worn and it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ship and return the product to Wrist Aficionado properly. It would be best if you do not re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return items safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipment. Please include all items we shipped to you, If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to Wrist Aficionado.

Non-Authorized Status

ProducerMichael.com is a reseller of pre-owned luxury watches. ProducerMichael.com is not an authorized dealer/retailer of any watch manufacturer within our pre-owned section of the website.

The manufacturer's warranty will not apply to watches found within the pre-owned watches section sold by ProducerMichael.com and ProducerMichael.com is not an authorized dealer of any of these brands; Datejust, Day-Date President, Presidential, Pearlmaster, Masterpiece, Submariner, Cosmograph Daytona, Explorer, Sea Dweller, GMT Master, Yacht-Master, Air King, Milgauss, and Cellini are all registered trademarks of the Rolex Corporation (Rolex USA, Rolex S.A.). Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Bell & Ross, Bedat, Breitling, Chopard, Ebel, Franck Muller, Girard-Perregaux, Graham, Iwc, Jaeger Lecoultre, Longines, Maurice Lacroix, Omega, Piaget, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Roger Dubuis, Richard Mille, Tag Heuer, Vacheron & Constantin, Tudor, Zenith, Ulysse Nardin, among other listed watch brands within the pre-owned section are all registered trademarks of their respective corporations.

All warranties are provided solely by ProducerMichael.com and it’s partner organizations. All trademarked names, brands, and models, mentioned on this site are the sole property of their respective trademark owners. This site, including its owners, operators, and developers, is not affiliated with nor endorsed by any watch manufacturer brand or any subsidiaries thereof, in any way.

Authenticity

Producer Michael Commerce guarantees that all pre-owned watches sold through our website are 100% authentic and, where applicable, will include the original packaging with serial numbers and/or certificates of authenticity.

Producer Michael Commerce is NOT an authorized dealer of any of the pre-owned watches. Every high-end watch manufacturer imprints a serial number on each of their pieces for identification purposes. We guarantee that each item we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number intact and without any alterations.

Repairs

ProducerMichael.com does not offer repair services but we recommend you contacting Wrist Aficionado, or Luxury Bazaar for ongoing repairs and maintenance.
